July 3, 2010 in Richmond, Virginia at the Virginia Country Club. The wedding is going to be outside , overlooking the golf course. Someone certainly did their job right, to appease the ” weather gods “, because the day was ” Perfect “. We had beautiful sunny weather in the low 80’s.
The wedding was a traditional Persian ceremony where the bride and groom are married in front of an exquisite display of sweets, nuts, flowers and various family objects that all have symbolic meaning. The gorgeous flowers were provided by Flora Culture. All of the items in the display are there to make sure the Bride and Groom have a long and prosperous life together.
Not only was the outside ceremony and weather ” perfect “, but the dinner and dancing that followed was awesome. The Country Club of Virginia did an outstanding job. Because Pegah and Mark had scheduled some time right after the ceremony for pictures, which we always encourage the bride and groom to do, we, along with United Wedding Productions, got to take the bridal party to the statues on Monument Avenue and to the State Capital grounds. These places always make for some great photos and show off our beautiful city.
People had come to this wedding ceremony from around the world and it turned out to be a wonderful, memorable day. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as we enjoyed taking them.
